Our ‘Brugse Pannenkoeken’ are baked with love and craftsmanship, according to a traditional recipe passed down through generations. Just like Mother Annie’s original recipe when De Brugse Pannenkoeken was founded in the garage of the family business that it still is today. We consciously choose high-quality ingredients and carefully craft each pancake, giving it that signature homemade flavor and soft texture. No industrial mass production, but high-quality craftsmanship, you’ll taste it from the first bite.
